In order to hand down the traditions of the "taste of mothers' home cooking" and "local food culture, founds a "joint enterprise cooperative of older people by older people for older people" and creates the workplace in which elderly women in the local communities can actively work. Introduces a system in which the retirement age is set at 70 and, furthermore, under certain conditions, older people are rehired as fixed-term employees up to the age 99. The ratio of older people is very high in the company: 27 out of 35 employees are 60 years old or above (77.1%).

The system opens the door to older perople's way of working according to their lifestyles.
