［離婚の種類］

協議離婚	： 夫婦双方に離婚の意志があり夫婦合意による離婚。
調停離婚	： 離婚を希望しているが、話し合いがつかないとき家庭裁判所で調停による当事者間で話し合いができ、調停が成立した場合の離婚。
審判離婚	： 調停が成立しない場合に、裁判所は調停にかわる審判をすることができる。
判決離婚	： 民法770条で定める離婚。 (1) 配偶者に不貞な行為があったとき。 (2) 配偶者から悪意で遺棄されたとき。 (3) 配偶者の生死が3年以上明らかでないとき。 (4) 配偶者が強度の精神病にかかり、回復の見込みがないとき。 (5) その他婚姻を継続し難い重大な事由があるとき。

“Types of divorces “

Divorces by mutual agreement	: divorces by mutual intentions and agreement .
Divorces by arbitrament	: when both husband and wife intend to divorce but do not reach an agreement , the parties concerned can have talks at domestic relations court. Divorces are granted when arbitration at the courts is concluded.
Divorces by judgement	: when arbitration is not concluded, courts can replace it with judgement.
Judicial divorces	: divorces in accordance with the section 770 of the Civil Law of Japan. (1)When husband or wife is unfaithful to the other. (2)When husband or wife is abandoned maliciously from the other. (3)When whereabouts of husband or wife have been unknown for more than 3 years. (4)When husband or wife is seriously mentally ill and has little chance of recovery. (5)When husband or wife has other serious reasons for being difficult to continue his or her marriage life.

　次に、同居をやめたときの世帯の主な仕事別に種類別離婚件数構成割合の年次推移をみると、表3-1のとおりである。
　世帯の主な仕事別に協議離婚の割合をみると、「農家世帯」は協議離婚の割合が少ないのが特徴である。また、調停・裁判離婚の割合の年次推移をみると「無職の世帯」以外は次第に低下し、協議離婚の割合が上昇している。特に「農家世帯」では平成7年の調停・裁判離婚の割合は17.2％であったが平成10年では13.9％まで低下した。

［世帯の主な仕事］

農　　家　　世　　帯	： 農業だけ又は農業とその他の仕事を持っている世帯。
自 営 業 者 世 帯	： 自由業・商工業・サービス業等を個人で経営している世帯。
常用勤労者世帯（I）	： 企業・個人商店等（官公庁は除く）の常用勤労者世帯で勤め先の従事者数が1人から99人までの世帯（日々又は1年未満の契約の雇用者はその他の世帯）。
常用勤労者世帯（II）	： 常用勤労者世帯（I）にあてはまらない常用勤労者世帯及び会社団体役員の世帯（日々又は1年未満の契約の雇用者はその他の世帯）。
そ の 他 の 世 帯	： 上記にあてはまらないその他の仕事をしている者のいる世帯。
無　職　の　世　帯	： 仕事をしている者のいない世帯。

“ Type of occupation for household “

Agriculture	: households which occupation is agriculture only or both agriculture and other jobs.
Self-employed	: households of free-lance professions, business, manufacturing and the service industry under private management.
Employee(I)	: households of employees of companies and shops under private management excluding public offices with employees less than 99 ( not including employees of daily basis or those whose employee contracts are valid for less than 1 year as they are included in Others).
Employee or director (II)	: households of employees and directors not included in Employee (1), (excluding employees of daily basis or those whose employee contracts are valid for less than 1 year as they are included in Others).
Others	: households of other employees who are not included in above groups.
Not working	: households where no one is working.
