The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare requests relevant parties to disseminate provisions stipulated in laws that working conditions should be clearly indicated in recruiting workers, filing offers for posting job offerings, or concluding a labour contract, and to instruct contractors to comply with the provisions.

Some of the labour applications to the Public Employment Security Office have indicated working conditions different from actual conditions; in spite of workplaces being within or near the site of the TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, this has not been indicated. Considering this situation, the Labour Standards Bureau and the Employment Security Bureau, in adherence to the spirit of the Employment Security Act and the Labour Standards Act, have jointly requested that the Tokyo Electric Power Company, major economic communities and human resource trade associations, to clearly indicate working conditions in recruiting workers, filing offers for posting job offerings, or concluding a labour contract.
