Each prefecture provides basic information on its hospitals/clinics, such as addresses, specialty services, office hours, and foreign language services. You can search and find hospitals/clinics you want on the website, such as the nearest hospital or clinic (several prefectures provide those information in English as well).
※All hospitals/clinics have to report information about their functions and services to the prefecture they locate, and prefectures have to provide those information to the citizens in a way they can easily understand (this system has launched since 2007).

※Although several prefectures provide information in English, almost all of the information on these website are offered in Japanese.
