For promoting and stabilizing employment of persons with disabilities, vocational training plays an important role.
      At the Human Resources Development Centers for the Disabled (19 Centers nationwide), vocational training is provided, with special consideration to training methods adapted to the abilities of persons with disabilities, and with special emphasis on persons with severe physical disabilities and persons with intellectual disabilities.
