Inspection orders for FY 2008 shall be implemented as follows. We ask for your understanding and to the business concerned accordingly.
April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009
All import declarations shall be inspected by registered inspection institutions targeting the foods specified in Schedule 1, in accordance with the provisions for each inspection item for each declaration.
When inspecting import food declarations not listed in Schedule 1 of this document, consult with the Office of Imported Food Safety, by way of the Office of Quarantine Stations Administration, Policy Planning, and Communication Division.
