5)   Bedtime, wakeup time and nap frequency

As for combination of bedtime and wakeup time, the largest proportion of the subjects (23.0%) goes to bed "in the 9:00 pm range" and wake up "in the 7:00 am range". Bedtimes in general became later than that of the previous survey. "In the range of 10 hours (40.2%)" and "In the range of 9 hours (29.5%) were most common sleeping hours calculated from the combination of bedtime and wakeup time. Those who "rarely take a nap" slept longer at night; specifically, 50.1% of those slept "more than 11 hours". (Table 8, 9)

Where "nursery school teachers" or "nursery mothers or babysitters" act as caregivers during daytime, 96.5% and 90.6% of subjects take a nap "everyday" respectively; representing a higher percentage than in other caregivers. (Table 10)
